Our employment project registers 150 new clients each month. We have access to a large range of vacancies, and we have regular contact with employers. If you are unemployed, or are considering a career change, higher or further education, then our team will be pleased to help you to explore all possible options.

WATCH's Employment Project does not run on set appointments. Clients are seen on a drop-in basis, allowing them to fit our services around their needs (childcare, shift work, part-time courses).

Clients receive assistance in: CV preparation, interview techniques, filling out application forms, referral to ESOL courses, and referrals to various training opportunities in Coventry (universities, colleges, Learndirect at WATCH).

Clients also use the resources of the centre (lists of current job vacancies, the job section of the Coventry  Telegraph, the Internet, free employment-related telephone calls, stationery, mailing, free use of our fax) to assist themselves.

Our employment projects are currently funded by LEGI, DAF, nextstep IAG (the LSC, via CSWP)
