Our policy is that all information will be shared among WATCH employees and other agencies where the legal framework allows it, if this will help to improve the service you receive and to develop other services. If you do not wish certain information about you to be exchanged within WATCH, you can request that this does not happen.

Also, if you choose to send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content to WATCH, WATCH can use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop such behaviour. This may involve informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school e-mail/Internet provider and law enforcement agencies about the content and your behaviour.

We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
